3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and payment has been processed.

3.2 Payment

  • Payment is required to secure your booking
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may be subject to change until booking is confirmed

3.3 Deposits and Final Payment

A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. Final payment is typically due 30 days before departure.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

  • 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
  • 30-59 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Documentation and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documentation, including:

  • Valid passport or identification
  • Any required visas or permits
  • Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
  • Health certificates if required

We are not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate documentation.

6. Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. You acknowledge that:

  • Travel involves inherent risks and uncertainties
  • You participate in activities at your own risk
  • You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your travel
  • You agree to follow safety guidelines and instructions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not responsible for services provided by third parties
  • Force majeure events may affect services without liability

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Medical emergencies and evacuation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Travel delays and missed connections

9. Changes and Modifications

9.1 Changes by Customer

Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Changes requested close to departure dates may not be possible.

9.2 Changes by Company

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries due to operational requirements, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Crimson Waves and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
